Shipping, Delivery and Returns

At Profarma Direct, our warehouse is well-stocked with a wide range of popular medications, enabling us to quickly process and dispatch your order.

  • Orders placed between 9 AM to 5 PM EST will be shipped out the following business day.
  • Orders placed on Friday between 9 AM to 5 PM EST will be shipped out the first coming Monday.

BACK ORDERS

In the unlikely event that we do not have all the products from your order in stock, we will ship what we have in stock immediately. The remaining products will normally be shipped within 7 to 10 working days.

COURIER & DELIVERY TIME

All orders are shipped out with internationally recognized courier companies, and expedited through Express delivery. All packages require a signature upon delivery to guarantee secure receipt. You will receive your consignment within 7 to 10 business days from the day the parcel is shipped out.

Shipping costs are applied or waived depending on the amount and types of products you order.

Profarma Direct will not withdraw payment for any goods until they are delivered and signed for by the customer.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to any force majeure conditions, including but not limited to situations such as war, strikes, riots, criminal acts, courier company errors, or weather conditions.

LOST PARCELS & DELAYED SHIPMENTS

All orders will be shipped out via Express Mail. The average delivery time is within 7 to 10 business days from the day the parcel is shipped out.

Profarma Direct considers a package delivered only upon receiving the customer’s confirmation.

Please note that shipping delays may occur due to any force majeure conditions, including but not limited to situations such as war, strikes, riots, criminal acts, courier company errors, or weather conditions.

If your package does not reach you, our first step is to locate it and resolve the issue. If we cannot provide an exact delivery date, we can send a replacement for that specific package. However, this is conditional upon the customer agreeing to pay for both the replacement and the delayed package, in case the original package is delivered later.

RETURN POLICY

Profarma Direct accepts returns of any products within 8 days from the moment the product is received, provided the reason for return falls under one of the following conditions:

  • The product was incorrectly received.
  • The product was damaged upon arrival.

If any of the above conditions apply, please contact us by email or phone as indicated on the website.

In the event of a return, you will be offered either a replacement of the goods or a 100% refund of the returned products.

No returns will be accepted after 8 days.

Until you receive return instructions from us, please store the products according to the manufacturer's temperature and storage conditions.

REFUND

Your refund will be issued to the original credit card used to pay for the order. The time it takes to receive the refund depends on how quickly your bank processes it. The full amount of the order will be refunded.
